"Order showed up fine, just took its time"
I ordered from solaris-shop.com and the package did eventually arrive in good shape, so no real complaints there. I placed the order during a week when I was already waiting on a couple other things for the house, so I was probably checking the tracking more than usual, but it barely updated. Nothing was damaged or missing, it just felt slower than I expected overall.

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
Tech support was okay overall. For some reason, setting everything up gave me trouble, so I reached out for help. They did get back to me and eventually fixed the issue, but the replies were a little slow and I had to explain the same thing twice. I’m glad it got sorted in the end, but it would be nice if the process was a bit faster and clearer next time.

"Good service, even if returns are still a hassle"
I ended up having to return one solar part because I ordered the wrong size, which was annoying because nobody really wants to deal with packing stuff back up and sorting out a return. That said, Solaris-shop got back to me quickly and made it straightforward. I also had to use the warranty once for a small issue, and they handled it fairly without making me jump through too many hoops. Overall, I’m happy with the service.

"Good quality, but I felt a bit dismissed"
Overall, the product feels solid and the quality is good. There was one small part that looked a little less finished than I expected, so I reached out about it, but I felt kind of dismissed. It wasn’t a huge issue, and I’d probably still buy from solaris-shop.com again, but the experience could’ve been better.

"Support was helpful overall"
I had a minor issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They replied the next day and handled everything without making it a hassle, which I appreciated. The first response took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big deal since they fixed the problem smoothly after that. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Good prices for what I needed"
Uh, the prices seemed fair for what I was looking for, and the stuff feels like it was worth the money. No complaints from me.

"Ordering was fine, but checkout felt a little "clunky""
I found what I needed without much trouble, but the checkout process was a bit slow and felt kind of "clunky." It all worked in the end, just not as smooth as I expected
